Our D&C Process
01 — Tenancy Assessment
Before committing to a tenancy, we can assess the existing premises and identify potential construction issues and costs.
Understand the building before you commit.
02 — Feasibility & Budget
We establish an initial fit-out budget based on the tenancy, business requirements, quality of finishes and anticipated construction scope.
03 — Concept Design
We develop or coordinate the initial layout, functionality, finishes and design direction.
04 — Early Contractor Involvement
Our construction team reviews the proposed design and identifies buildability, cost, services and program considerations.
05 — Detailed Cost Planning
The project is broken down into detailed trade packages and progressively priced.
06 — Design Development
Designers, consultants, builders and key trades work together to develop coordinated construction documentation.
07 — Approvals
We coordinate relevant landlord, building, certification and authority requirements.
08 — Procurement
Trades and suppliers are engaged and long-lead materials are identified and ordered early.
09 — Construction
We manage the commercial fit-out from site establishment through to completion, coordinating trades, materials, services, program, quality and costs.
10 — Defects & Commissioning
We coordinate final inspections, testing, commissioning and rectification.
11 — Handover
The completed premises is handed over ready for equipment installation, staff mobilisation and opening.
