From there, we can help establish the scope of works, preliminary budget, design requirements, construction approach and project program before you commit to construction.

Can you help if i dont have a design yet?

Yes. We regularly work with clients who are at the early planning stage.
If you have an empty tenancy, an idea, a basic floor plan or an existing design, we can help determine what needs to happen next.
Depending on the project, we can assist with design coordination, consultant engagement, construction documentation, cost planning and early contractor involvement before moving into the construction phase.
Can you work with my existing architect or designer?
Absolutely. We can work alongside your existing architect, interior designer, engineer, consultant or project team.
Our role can be tailored to your project, whether you need assistance with construction pricing, buildability advice, procurement and trade coordination, design management or complete design and construction delivery.
Do you provide fixed pricing?
Where the project information is sufficiently developed, we can provide a detailed construction proposal based on the agreed scope and documentation.
For projects still in the design or planning stage, we can assist with preliminary cost planning, budgeting and value engineering so you have a clearer understanding of likely construction costs before progressing.
